Villa Theo Bali is composed of two authentic Joglos as living area and the five air-conditioned en suite bedrooms of modern construction. Great for families, holidays with friends and even better for celebrations such as weddings, it comes fully staffed and situated only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Seminyak’s restaurants and nightlife.

Villa Theo Bali is a sublime base to discover Bali and it’s enchanting atmosphere, located in a quiet and bucolic area only 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The villa is nested in Umalas, within the opulent lifestyle area of Seminyak and located minutes from Seminyak's Beach, where you will find the greatest concentration of fine restaurants with its world-class chefs, elegantly stylish boutiques and hip nightlife with well-known places such as KuDeTa and Potatoe Head.

Dedicated staff of 10 people

On site villa manager – Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.

One full-time cook – Preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cook will do all the market shopping at your charge + an additional cost of IDR 150’000 (approx. $12) per meal.

Three maids – Responsible for housekeeping duties and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.

Three security guards – Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.

Two gardeners and pool attendant – Tending to the garden and the grounds of the villa. They ensure that the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.

SPA

Villa Theo Bali invites its guests to experience the art of Balinese wellness menu of traditional body and beauty rituals. You will achieve optimal relaxation of body, mind and spirit.

Balinese massage includes acupressure, skin rolling and flicking, firm and gentle stroking and percussion.

The villa has a dedicated treatment room and we may provide you, upon request and with additional charge, therapists to perform treatments using natural local products and combination of manual therapy and aromatherapy
